Purification of PCR products and fragments from NucleoSpin MACHEREY-NAGEL gel strips

• Purification of DNA or RNA from agarose gels or polyacrylamide gels and purification of PCR products
• Silica membrane column purification by centrifugation
• For sample:
- < 400 µl PCR reaction mix, < 400 µg agarose gel for Mini kit
- < 4 ml of PCR reaction mixture , < 4 mg of agarose gel for Midi format kit
- < 10 ml of PCR reaction mixture , < 10 mg of agarose gel for Maxi format kit
• For fragment sizes from 50 bp to 20 kbp
• Elution volume:
- from 15 to 30 µl for the Mini kit
- from 200 to 400 µl for the Midi format kit
- 1 ml for the Maxi size kit
