IVTECH culture chambers

IVTECH LiveBox 1 technology

Discover
• Transparent culture chamber with a removable glass culture medium on which adherent cell cultures or tissues (e.g. biopsies) are placed
• Bioreactor with a continuous flow of medium or reagents
• Different formats 6, 12 or 24 wells

Applications:
• Real-time and non-real-time imaging analysis of 2D and 3D cultures
• Analysis of the effects of a drug on a cell culture in a dynamic and physiological way
• The starter kit includes everything needed to start the experiments: LB1 with clamp, tubes, connectors and mixing chambers

IVTECH LiveBox 2 technology

Discover
• Two connected transparent culture chambers into which a specific culture insert or membrane can be placed
• Bioreactor with several possibilities of media flow to adapt to different research protocols (air/liquid, liquid/liquid method...)
• Different insert sizes for 6, 12 or 24 wells

Two configurations:
• Tangential flow configuration: for the study of physiological barriers, the apical and basal poles are perfused by 2 independent flows parallel to the membrane.
• Perfusion flow configuration: for the 3D study, the flow lines passing vertically through the cells. Two types of configurations can be chosen.

Applications:
• Possibility of studying different cell types, or tissues from different organs (liver, intestine, lung, skin...) which can be interconnected by linking the LiveBoxes to evaluate the effects of their exchanges in the same environment
• 3D suspension cell culture, ALI method culture..
• Simulation of physiological barriers by creating an in vivo environment
• The starter kit includes everything needed to start the experiments: LB2 with clamp, porous membranes, tubes, connectors and mixing chambers

IVTECH LiveFlow peristaltic pump

Discover
• Compact pump to be placed inside the incubator to start dynamic cultures and stay in controlled temperature and CO2 percentage conditions
• Best way to reproduce experimental conditions close to the in vivo environment
• Flow rate varying between 50 µl/min to 500 µl/min
• 2 heads and 4 independent fluid circuits
