Dutscher Iberica S.L.U will not accept the cancellation or return of orders that include: special products, chemical, biological, and sterile products, as well as software, certificates, and any other products for which the manufacturer does not allow returns. In all other cases, the return of new merchandise will be accepted under the conditions outlined below, within 7 days of the sale.
• Any order cancellation/return will only be possible upon written request from the customer and written confirmation from Dutscher Ibérica S.L.U. (Return Authorization Number);
• Your return must be sent to the Central Warehouse or designated location, with its original packaging, without annotations or stickers; • If the return is accepted, a minimum deduction of 20% of the product’s retail price (PVP) will always be applied for restocking and administrative costs. Refunds or credit will exclude service fees (transport, installation, etc.); • Early cancellation of equipment orders will not be accepted under any circumstances.An order with delivery upon request is subject to the order cancellation and modification rules outlined in our General Terms and Conditions (see above). The maximum activation period for deliveries cannot exceed 12 months. After this period, the customer agrees to accept the remaining balance of the order and be invoiced accordingly (see general terms of sale).
